Leggings and Tights; for some, they are the same thing, for others, they are different. No matter which team you belong on for this argument, we can all agree that they wear out, stretch out and get rips in them for both adults and kids and it seems like such a waste to just throw them in the trash. I hate throwing away things that can serve another purpose and this has gotten me to the verge of hoarding on occasion when it came to glass jars and plastic containers.
