Low-Sugar Blueberry Banana Smoothie

  • 1 Cup Carbmaster Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 Ripe Banana (you can use frozen for a better smoothie texture if desired)
  • 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
  • ½ Cup Ice
  • ¾ Cup Sugar Free Kool-Aid (sweetened with Splenda/Stevia or preferred sugar substitute – Strawberry, Watermelon or Orange are great for smoothies)
  1. Place ice, frozen berries and kool-aid in blender and pulse until ice begins to break up into smaller pieces. I have a specific one large serving size blender that I often use for making smoothies, but this recipe will make two small smoothies nicely.
  2. Add in yogurt and banana and puree until smooth.
  3. You may need to use spoon to dislodge ice/blueberries from bottom of blender and stir to incorporate well and remove all lumps.
