Lower Carb Shamrock Shake Copycat Recipe

This low carb version of the McDonald's Favorite will soon be your favorite at home!
  • 1½ cups Breyers Carb Smart Vanilla Ice Cream
  • ½ Cup Half n Half or Milk
  • Green Food dye
  • Peppermint Extract
  • Chocolate extract (I used Frontier brand)
  • Whipped cream
  1. Add ice cream to blender or smoothie machine. Pour in half n half or milk. Pulse for a few moments.
  2. Add 5-6 drops green food coloring, 1 tsp Chocolate extract and ½ tsp peppermint extract. Pulse again.
  3. Test for flavor add more chocolate or peppermint in small amounts until you reach the desired flavor intensity.
  4. Pour into a glass and top with a swirl of whipped cream.
  5. Enjoy!
