Slow Cooker Corn Chowder
  • 4 Qt of Chicken Stock
  • ⅛ cup White Vinegar
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 2 Cans of Creamed Corn
  • 5 Lbs of Potatoes
  • ¼ Cup Butter, melted
  • ¼ Cup Wheat Flour
  • 2 tbsp onion Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Black pepper
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  1. Start by peeling the potatoes and chopping them into cubes.
  2. Add your chicken stock and vinegar to the crock pot and turn it to high for 4½ Hours.
  3. Add in the potatoes, butter, creamed corn and milk.
  4. Whisk in your wheat flour, briskly, until no chunks of it remain.
  5. Add in your seasonings.
  6. If you have a programmable slow cooker, set it for 4½ hours on high and then 2½ hours on low. If your slow cooker is not programmable, cook for 4½ hours on high and come back and allow to cook for 2-3 hours on low.
