Broccoli Ranch Chicken #Crockpot Recipe

  • 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 can of Cream of Chicken soup (condensed)
  • 1 can of Cream of Broccoli Soup (Condensed)
  • 1 packet of ranch dressing dip mix
  • 1 8 oz package of cream cheese
  • 2 Cups milk
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (fresh tastes best, but shredded and pre-bought also works)
  • 1 package pasta (and kind, but long style)
  • 2 small broccoli heads, fresh
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Onion and garlic powder to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese to top with when done
  1. In a microwave safe bowl, heat up the cream cheese until very soft.
  2. Add your milk, soups, onion powder and garlic powder, to your cream cheese and mix with a whisk. Set aside.
  3. Cube your chicken breasts and put them in the crockpot set on high. Season them with salt and pepper and sprinkle your ranch seasoning packet on top of the chicken.
  4. Cut your broccoli into bit sized pieces and place in the crockpot on top of the chicken.
  5. pour your milk mixture over the top of the chicken and broccoli. Toss in your Parmesan cheese.
  6. Allow to cook on high for 3-4 hours.You can stir it if desired.
  7. When chicken is fully cooked (check with a meat thermometer. It should read 165 F), add in your noodles and turn crockpot down to low. Allow to cook for 45 minutes to an hour until tender. This part needs to be watched closely as you don't want to over cook the noodles and they will need to be stirred to make sure they cook evenly.
  8. Serve with mozzarella cheese on top and enjoy!
