Vegan Waffle Recipe (aka the best waffles you will ever have!)

Serves: 12-14 waffles
- 4 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 4 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 4 Tbsp Sugar
- 3½ C Soy milk
- 1 11/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla extract
- Turn your waffle griddle on and get it warming up.
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together.
- Add in milk and vanilla extract and stir. It will be a little lumpy, but that's OK.
- If you want to add fresh berries in at this time, fold them in. I used a pint or about 1 solid cup.
- Add to waffle griddle (amount depends on the size of your griddle) and wait to enjoy!
