Vegan Waffle Recipe (aka the best waffles you will ever have!)

Serves: 12-14 waffles
  • 4 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 4 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • 4 Tbsp Sugar
  • 3½ C Soy milk
  • 1 11/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla extract
  1. Turn your waffle griddle on and get it warming up.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together.
  3. Add in milk and vanilla extract and stir. It will be a little lumpy, but that's OK.
  4. If you want to add fresh berries in at this time, fold them in. I used a pint or about 1 solid cup.
  5. Add to waffle griddle (amount depends on the size of your griddle) and wait to enjoy!
