I have been given the opportunity to take a weight loss challenge for 90 days with Creative Bioscience. I will be using the hCG 1234 drops for 90 days, trying to stick with the hCG diet and trying to reach a weight loss goal. Because I have never done a diet such as this, I don’t know what my weight loss goal would be for the duration of the 90 days, but I do know that overall, if I were to lose 30-35 lbs in total, even after the 90 days, I would feel better!
Creative Bioscience offers hCG drops that I will be using to help me with my goals for the 90 days. They are supposed to help with decreasing appetites (a big problem for me!) as well as speeding up fat burning. I am choosing to work with Creative Bioscience because they offer unlimited diet support, something I feel I need. I really like that Creative Bioscience also has a blog full of helpful information as I take this dieting journey on!
I am so excited to blog about my experience with this product and the diet! This is just the right thing I need to kick my self into gear! As most of you know, I had a breast reduction in August and one of my main reasons for doing so was so I could exercise more effectively and without pain. While, the hCG diet does not require exercise, this will be perfect for my goals and couldn’t come at a better time!
Why do I want to lose weight? First of all, I want to feel better. I want to have less pain and I want to have more energy. I want to feel better about the way I look. I want to see myself in a body that is younger looking and more healthy.
I invite you to join me on this journey. I can’t promise how often I will be updating, but since I am so excited, I imagine it will be on a regular basis! Yes, I will also be posting before/after pictures and showing you the “real me”. I will be sharing my challenges with the diet and my weight loss and sharing my real body pictures.
I am nervous, but I am ready to finally challenge myself! Thanks to Creative Bioscience for this amazing opportunity! Hope you will be cheering me on, fans!
