Knickerbocker Glory Underouts {review}

When I think of comfort, it may not come as a surprise that I think of sitting in a warm toasty home with just some comfy, non-constricting clothing (such as my undies and a t0-shirt) and a good movie. Now, most people can’t sit around in just their undies around the house, but at least your kiddos can! Introducing Knickerbocker Glory!

I was sent a pair of Knickerbocker Glory Underouts to review. You may be wondering what Knickerbocker Glory Underouts are. Well, you are probably familiar with underwear, and Underouts are a type of comfy clothes for girls that are just like undies only they are meant to be seen!

Knickerbocker Glory Underouts come in several sizes and non on them have those annoying tags and move right along with active girls. I was sent the “Long Bocker” size which is meant to be at calf length. This is so great for modesty and warmth in the colder winter months without being annoying like pantyhose or tights tend to be. Knickerbocker Glory Underouts come in several styles from “Boxer Bockers (boxer length)”, “Biker Bockers (Bike short length)” and even Camis.

There is even some for boys in the boxer length.

Pros:

I love how these let little kids be free and comfortable while being modest. They are made of a very soft material that contains 31% organic cotton, 65% Modal and 4% lycra. They seem comfortable and warm while not being restricting. In the cooler months, the Long Bockers would be great to wear under skirts to add an extra layer of warmth and fashion.

Cons:

The size I got was way smaller than I had expected. I tried the Large size which fits up to size 12 and while my daughter is close to that Size in leggings normally, these seemed to run a bit small and did not fit her comfortably. I wish they made an XL size for girls who were maybe a bit tall and/or older. My daughter is only 9 and these would have been great for her as she tends to be a bit unaware of modesty still ;)

Verdict:

Knickerbocker Glory Underouts are a great solution to kids that want comfort and move-ability and parents that want modesty and practicality. They seem to be very well made.
