Tonight, I made stuffed shells for dinner. They are easy and very very good! They are stuffed with cheese, spinach and chicken breast.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup Mozzarella/ asiogo blend, shredded
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Approx. 2 Cups Julienne cut fresh spinach
2 chicken breasts, poached and shredded
About 18-20 jumbo shells, par-cooked 16 oz cream cheese
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and stuff shells. Place in a dish, bake at 375 degrees for approx 15 minutess. Turn on broil for 3-5 minutes. Done.:)
