Last week, I told you all about the Tasteful Selections line of potatoes. I wanted to bring you another recipe that is so simple anyone can do it!
First, a re-cap of how great these potatoes are. Tasteful Sections potatoes are made so they cook fast and taste delicious. You can count on them to be everyday gourmet! What makes these potatoes different, other than how fast they cook, is the fact that you do not have to wash them or even peel them (did you know that potato skins have a lot of nutritional value?) because the skins cook up nice and soft. Tasteful Selections Potatoes are pre-washed and packaged in delightfully bright colored bags that are color coded to what kind of potatoes are in the bag.
In my previous post, I told you all about the great benefits of eating purple potatoes as well as brought you a very simple Curried Potato Corn Chowder. It cooked up in less than a half hour from start to finish. That time included preparation time! With Tasteful Selections, it really is that easy!
This dish I am making this week is a great compliment to any meal. I served it with my homemade quick Chicken Cordon Bleu (recipe soon!) It has few ingredients and cooks wonderfully in the oven in just under 25 minutes.(depending on your oven)
For this you will need:
Parmesan Roasted Red Potatoes
- 1 bag of Tasteful Selections Ruby Sensation Potatoes
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 Cup olive oil
- Garlic Powder
- Salt
- White pepper
- Italian seasoning
1. Pre-heat oven to 400 Degrees F. Cut potatoes in fourths. No peeling necessary!
2. Add oil and seasoning to a bowl and toss potatoes into the mixture.
3. Spread potatoes onto a 9 x 13 baking sheet. Top with Parmesan cheese.
4. Cook in a 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Make sure you keep an eye on it! Serve and enjoy!

I love the sounds of this recipe. I think I will have to try it sometime. I don’t have any red potatoes here at home right now, but when I get some I will remember this. 🙂 Thank you for the amazing review.
