The first time I had Bubble Tea, it was at Pike Place Market is Seattle. We have it here in Spokane, I just had never tried it. I was admittedly a bit off put by the “bubbles” when I found out they were tapioca. I am not a fan of tapioca at all. I am glad that I let my guard down to try this deliciously refreshing drink and I have really grown to love it. You can make bubble tea right at home, too! I hope you enjoy this recipe for Mango Bubble Tea.
